Shopping Policy
Orders:
Orders can be made on the website or over the telephone (Phone: 0448 283 314 or 07 5577 3599) and can be paid for by credit card, direct deposit, cash, personal cheque, bank cheque or direct deposit. We endeavour to have stock of all advertised products. If we are out of stock of an item that you would like to purchase we will contact you ASAP and we will advise you of a time frame of when that item will be available or offer you an alternative. If we dont stock an item that you would like to purchase please contact us at

and we can advise you if it is available and the time frame of getting the item for you.
Postage:
We offer cheap shipping costs for all our items. If your order is for a single small light item (eg. swim nappy, baby legs, nappy cover) you will pay only $2.50, for all other orders you pay only a flat fee of $5.95 and orders over $250 shipping is FREE !!!
Also, we will post your items by the end of the day that you order and payment is received or the next business day if you order on a weekend, public holiday or after 3.30pm (2pm on a Thursday). If we are out of stock of an item and sent and email to you or tried to call you to re-check the order and we have not heard from you by 3.30pm then your order will not be posted the same day.
We use Australia Post for most of our postage and send items regular post. Please note that regular post is not insured, trackable or replaceable. If you parcel is lost, stolen or damaged we cannot accept responsibility for Australia Post however we will endeavour to assist you if you parcel has not been delivered or is damaged. If your parcel is sent by regular post and it does not arrive Happy Babes will not refund, resend or cover the cost of the loss of your parcel.
We are happy to upgrade your postage and send it registered post for an extra cost of $3.00. If you would like your item sent by registered post please select this option at the checkout. The $3.00 will then be added to your order.
If you would like the item to be sent by express post please select the express post option at the checkout. A cost of $12.00 will be added to your order. We also use Fastway Couriers when it is cheaper than Australia Post to send your item. Please adivse in the comments section at the checkout if you do not wish to have you product sent via courier.
We do offer express post however if your order is too large or contains many packets of flushable liners then we will not be able to send it express post unless you are happy to incur the full cost of the express post which can be between $40-$60- on some occasions and depending where you live.
Returns:
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will provide a full refund (excluding postage costs & credit card costs [see below]) within 1 week of date of purchase. Returned items must be in their original condition and be unused and unwashed. Please contact us at

before returning any item. Any returned items that have been paid for by credit card will have 1.5% of the total amount deducted from the refund.
We endeavour to ensure that all nappies that are dispatched are free from defects. If you find a fault with your purchase and return it within 30 days of date of purchase, we will gladly post you a replacement. Faults include broken, loose or missing snaps or sewing faults. Faults deemed to be caused by incorrect use will not be replaced.
A product may be exchanged due to incorrect size or colour however the product must be in original condition and be unused and unwashed. The exchanged must be done within a reasonable time and postage costs will be the customer's responsibility. Please contact us at
